Meet the Family

There seems to be this stigma that comes with a car dealership... I'm sure the majority of you have heard the sayings "all car salesmen are crooks", "they're out to get your money", "gotta watch those guys", blah blah blah.... The truth is we are people too.... Take little ole me for example; I'm a 25 year old Western Carolina University graduate, I've lived in the mountains of Western North Carolina my whole life (my entire family lives here too), I have a 7 month old son, my husband is a P.E teacher/Coach... pretty normal right?  Does this sound like someone who tries to pull rabbits out of a hat on a routine basis? Not really.  We are all family people here, in fact I don't know anyone at this dealership that doesn't have loved ones at home, and we are just trying to provide for them, just like you do for your family.  That is why we welcome and appreciate each and every one of our customers.  We build long lasting (literally lifetime) relationships.  That is something we take pride so please allow me to introduce you to the whole family (and we hope you'll come by and see us and find out why so many people choose to be part of our automotive family).

This is Bob.  He's the Boss man.  Seriously, couldn't ask for a better man to work for.  Most bosses could care less who they fire/hire in order to make that money, but this guy told me once, "Tiffani, I've got 30 families to worry about, and every decision I make affects them....." Now, if that doesn't say "character" I don't know what does.
Let's start with the beloved Gracie (Grace)... Grace is that sweet southern voice that you hear when you call in (Hold on honey, let me transfer you darlin' kinda voice).  She's kinda like the mother hen.  Grace knows where every body is at all times, and she knows everything that's going on, so if you need to know anything go see Grace.

Meet  the sales team.  Some of these guys drive over 45 minutes every day just to get here.  These are some of the finest people you'll ever meet from all over Western North Carolina.  Dedicated to helping not only our customers but their communities as well.
This is Kevin Sinden, he is our Finance Director.  I've seen this guy go above and beyond to try to help people.  Customers know they can always depend on Kevin for all of their Finance needs.
Hey! This is me (Tiffani Tallent) and my girl Jenn (Jennifer Gilbreath) we handle the Internet/Marketing/Events/whatever else you can think of department :) She gets to look all cool next to the Camaro while I just hang out with my scarf.

This is Patti (us girls call her mama, she is nana to our kids), Tiff, and Teresa.  They make up our office staff, plus Service Cashier Extraordinaire can also be said for Tiff and T (that's what we call Teresa so you can too).

This is Jeff, Joyce, and Jim.  Jeff is the fiery red head, he's our parts manager.  He knows his stuff! Jeff has four amazing kids!  Joyce again, fiery red head (us girls like to call her Juicy). and Jim, seriously if you ever come by here for any reason please see Jim (SO  HILARIOUS).
And last but most certainly NOT least.  This is our Service Department.  You've got Eddie and Thomas; these are the guys you see when you first come in, our service writers.  John Talley (THE MAN, as I like to call him) he's our Service Manager.  And then you've got the whole AWESOME crew of mechanics in the back, and Scott he's our detail wizard!

Again, come see us.  We look forward to meeting you and appreciate the opportunity to welcome you into our automotive family!
